Payal is equitably.ai’s Delivery Lead based in the Netherlands. Payal brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and policy.
She has worked across global consulting firms, including Deloitte and multilateral organisations, advising both public and private sector clients on AI strategy, responsible AI, and digital transformation. Payal has a specialisation in AI ethics and is an AI ethics advisor to organisations, including the Centre for Feminist AI.
Her expertise spans programme management, stakeholder engagement, and operations, enabling organisations to innovate with AI in a responsible and effective way.
Payal holds a Master of Public Administration with a specialisation in responsible AI and digital tech policy from University College London.
